One of the most popular features of the Fisgard St Forum is the on-site concession, featuring light snacks and drinks. Having a concession on site means that attendees do not have to leave in order to fuel up on coffee and refreshments, a habit that can disrupt the flow of longer events.
Lori and Suzanne stock the concession themselves and are always on the lookout for shelf-stable snacks that are nut-free, in order to keep the common area safe for those with allergies.
“We were very happy to bring in the Goldfish crackers which have been very popular! People always smile when they open the packs,” Lori said, adding that the ready-to-eat tuna and cracker packs and all-dressed chips have also been hard to keep in stock.
