The New Year is definitely the traditional time for one to take stock and re-visit one’s goals. A lot of people promise to renew their commitment to physical fitness in January – or in the case of our new tenant Laura, they start teaching a series of new classes in the New Year.
Laura, of Dancing Through Life, joins us with her passion – Cize Live, a cardio dance class format that is about having fun, learning dance moves and breaking a sweat. She’s starting classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7pm. Check out her Facebook page, and fall in love with her enthusiasm, as we have!
And of course, our Taylia, of Tough & Tender Dance & Fitness, is starting the new year with some oomph and passion of her own! She offers POUND, a cardio dance class that incorporates weighted drum sticks on Mondays at 8pm, Zumba on Wednesdays at 8pm, and a drop-in Bellydance class, Tuesdays at 5pm.
